EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM WIRID HARIAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL (SQ) SANTRI

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mengukur efektivitas program wirid harian dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) santri di Pondok Pesantren Darullughah Wadda’wah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment (Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Design). Sampel terdiri dari 45 santri yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (23 santri) dan kelompok kontrol (22 santri), dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan keaktifan dan keseragaman jadwal. Instrumen pengukuran SQ disusun berdasarkan indikator Zohar dan Marshall (2000) yang terdiri dari 30 butir pernyataan skala Likert 1–5, dengan koefisien validitas Product Moment Pearson dan reliabilitas Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,891. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program wirid harian secara signifikan meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual santri, dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung (6,847) > t-tabel (2,001), df = 58, dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai N-Gain kelompok eksperimen sebesar 0,62 (kategori sedang) jauh di atas kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,15 (kategori rendah). Keempat dimensi SQ mengalami peningkatan, yakni kemampuan bersikap fleksibel (18,3%), kesadaran diri (21,5%), kemampuan menghadapi penderitaan (16,8%), dan orientasi hidup berbasis nilai Islam (19,2%). Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembiasaan wirid yang konsisten dan terstruktur efektif dalam pengembangan dimensi spiritual santri di pesantren.
