Rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah dan tantangan kualitas layanan masih menjadi persoalan utama perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran Program Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dalam penguatan layanan dan literasi keuangan perbankan syariah di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Sampit. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKL berfungsi sebagai instrumen strategis penguatan layanan melalui peningkatan interaksi dan kepercayaan nasabah, serta sebagai medium inovatif literasi keuangan syariah berbasis interaksi partisipatif. Diskusi menegaskan adanya sinergi Pendidikan industri yang membentuk model inovasi layanan dan literasi keuangan berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan penelitian menempatkan PKL sebagai bagian inti strategi perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan model PKL terintegrasi dan studi lanjutan lintas wilayah dan negara.
